In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

By accessing the phphil Platform, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing a wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, including all policies incorporated by reference herein — including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the phphil Platform and close your account. Continued use of the Platform constitutes ongoing acceptance of these Terms as they may be amended from time to time.

To register and maintain an account on phphil, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as mandated by PAGCOR regulations governing online casino and gambling activities in the Philippines. This age requirement is strictly enforced and non-negotiable.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) registering on your own behalf.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, officer, director, contractor, or immediate family member of any employee of phphil or its affiliated entities.
• You must not have a previously closed or suspended phphil account or have been banned from the Platform for any reason.
• You must be capable of entering into a legally binding contract under Philippine law.

Registration requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid contact number, and government-issued identification. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of balances.

phphil reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any time during your account lifecycle — including before processing any withdrawal. Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe will result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phphil account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. phphil will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel.

You must not share your account credentials with any third party, allow any other person to access your account, or transfer your account to another individual. All activity that occurs under your account credentials is your sole responsibility, whether or not such activity was authorized by you.

If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must:

1. Change your password immediately via the account security settings.
2. Contact phphil support via live chat at the earliest opportunity.
3. Provide any information reasonably requested by phphil to investigate the unauthorized access.

phphil employs TLS 1.3 encryption across all platform communications and maintains industry-standard security practices. However, phphil cannot be held liable for unauthorized account access resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

All financial transactions on phphil are denominated in Philippine Pesos (₱). phphil supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Philippine players: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI, BDO, UnionBank, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits via GCash and Maya are typically credited to your phphil account within minutes. Bank transfers may take up to one (1) business day depending on the sending institution's processing schedule. phphil does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. GCash withdrawals are processed within approximately 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days. Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification — players who have not completed KYC may have withdrawals held pending document submission and review.

Withdrawal Conditions: Funds deposited on the platform must be wagered at least once before withdrawal is permitted, to comply with AML monitoring requirements. Funds originating from bonuses are subject to additional wagering requirements as specified in the applicable promotion terms.

phphil reserves the right to delay or refuse a withdrawal request if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, phphil will notify you and may request additional documentation before processing.

phphil offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback, and referral rewards. All bonuses are subject to these general terms and any specific conditions stated on the applicable promotion page.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus credits are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable funds. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus will be stated at the time the bonus is offered. Unless otherwise specified, the standard wagering requirement for phphil bonuses is 30x the bonus amount.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to bonus wagering requirements. Slots generally contribute 100%. Live casino games, bingo, and sports betting may contribute at a lower rate or not at all, as specified per promotion.
• Expiry: Unclaimed bonuses expire 7 days from the date of issue. Bonus funds that have been credited but whose wagering requirements have not been met within 30 days will be removed from the account.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active per account at any time. Activating a new bonus while a prior bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the prior bonus.
• Abuse: phphil takes bonus abuse seriously. Any player found to be exploiting bonus structures through coordinated betting, account duplication, or any form of artificial wagering will have bonuses forfeited and may have their account suspended.

phphil reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honoring all bonuses already credited to player accounts at the time of any such change.

All games available on the phphil Platform are provided by certified third-party game providers whose RNG systems are independently audited. phphil does not and cannot alter game outcomes. The results displayed to you are the actual outputs of the provider's RNG systems and are final.

In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error during gameplay:

• Bets in progress at the time of a confirmed platform-side technical failure will be voided and stakes returned to the player's account.
• Wins generated during a demonstrably malfunctioning game state may be voided at phphil's discretion after investigation.
• Disconnections caused by the player's own internet connection or device do not entitle the player to a refund of stakes for games already in progress.

Minimum and maximum bet limits are set per game and may differ by game type, provider, and player account tier. Live casino table limits are displayed at each table before you join. phphil reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phphil Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering or attempting to register if you are under 21 years of age.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Exploiting software bugs, game glitches, or calculation errors for financial gain. Any winnings derived from a known exploit are not payable and will be forfeited.
• Colluding with other players, including in live casino games, to gain an unfair advantage.
• Opening more than one account, whether in your own name or using another person's identity.
• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute any legitimate financial transaction with your payment provider after placing wagers.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing phphil staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Accessing or attempting to access another player's account without authorization.

phphil is committed to responsible gaming. Gambling on phphil is intended solely for entertainment purposes by adults aged 21 and above. phphil recognizes that for some players, gambling can become problematic, and the platform provides the following responsible gaming tools — all accessible directly from your account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to manage your spending.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive alerts when you have been playing for a specified duration.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of 24 hours up to 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the phphil Platform. Self-exclusion is irreversible for a minimum period of 6 months and can be requested for longer durations up to permanent exclusion.
• Reality Check: Pop-up notifications at intervals of your choice reminding you of your session duration and net position.

All content on the phphil Platform — including but not limited to the phphil brand name, logo, visual design, software code, game interfaces, promotional graphics, written content, and data compilations — is the proprietary intellectual property of phphil or its licensed game and content providers, and is protected under Philippine intellectual property law and applicable international treaties.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute any Platform content without prior written consent from phphil.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract source code from any Platform software.
• Create derivative works based on Platform content.
• Use phphil's brand name, logo, or trademarks in any commercial context or in a manner that implies endorsement by phphil.
• Screen-scrape, data-mine, or systematically collect content from the Platform using automated means.

Any unauthorized use of phphil's intellectual property may result in civil or criminal liability under the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 8293).

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, phphil's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total real-money funds held in your phphil account at the time the claim arose.

phphil shall not be liable to you for any of the following, even if phphil has been advised of the possibility of such losses:

• Loss of gaming winnings or profits due to technical failure, platform outage, or force majeure events.
• Indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind.
• Loss or corruption of data resulting from a cybersecurity incident outside phphil's reasonable control.
• Interruptions to Platform availability due to scheduled maintenance, network failures, or actions of third-party service providers.
• Actions taken by PAGCOR or other Philippine government authorities that affect Platform availability or your account.

phphil provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While phphil makes reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability and accuracy, no warranty of uninterrupted access or error-free operation is given or implied.

If you have a complaint or dispute arising from your use of the phphil Platform, you must follow the process outlined below:

1. Step 1 — Contact Support: Submit your dispute via phphil's live chat support or by email to [email protected]. Provide your account details, a clear description of the dispute, and any supporting documentation. phphil will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours.
2. Step 2 — Formal Review: If your dispute is not resolved at Step 1, you may escalate to a formal written complaint addressed to phphil's compliance team. A formal review will be completed within 10 business days.
3. Step 3 — PAGCOR Escalation: If the dispute remains unresolved after the formal review, you have the right to escalate the matter to PAGCOR, phphil's regulatory authority, through PAGCOR's official dispute resolution channels.

All disputes must be submitted within sixty (60) days of the event giving rise to the dispute. Disputes submitted after this period may not be considered. The outcome of PAGCOR's determination in any escalated dispute shall be final and binding on both parties.

phphil reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they affect your rights, financial obligations, or the fundamental nature of the services provided — phphil will notify registered players by email or via a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect.

Minor amendments — including but not limited to grammatical corrections, clarifications that do not change the substance of a clause, and updates required to reflect changes in PAGCOR regulatory requirements — may be made without prior notice and will be effective immediately upon publication.

The effective date of the current version of these Terms is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the phphil Platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to close your account before the amendment's effective date.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms that is not resolved through the dispute resolution process in Clause 12 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines. You irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to the laying of venue in Makati City.

phphil's compliance obligations as a PAGCOR-licensed operator — including AML reporting obligations under Republic Act No. 9160 (the Anti-Money Laundering Act), responsible gaming obligations, and data privacy obligations under Republic Act No. 10173 (the Data Privacy Act of 2012) — are incorporated into and form part of the framework within which these Terms operate.
